Melbourne Disability Connection Expo 2026: Connect, Discover and Explore

Finding the right disability services and supports can sometimes feel overwhelming. With so many providers available, knowing where to start and finding the right fit can be a challenge for NDIS participants, families, carers and guardians.
The Melbourne Disability Connection Expo 2026 brings people with disability, families, carers and service providers together for two days of information, support, entertainment and opportunities to discover new services.
The expo will be held on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October 2026, from 10am to 4pm both days, at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre in South Wharf. Entry is free.

Discover Disability Services in One Place

Visitors can explore hundreds of disability and NDIS-related service providers, talk directly with organisations and discover services they may not have previously considered.
Services represented at the expo cover a wide range of areas, providing an opportunity to explore different options and ask questions in person rather than searching for providers individually.

NDIS Information and One-to-One Connections

For anyone with questions about the NDIS, the expo includes an NDIS Information Hub, providing an opportunity to access information and assistance.
Visitors can also connect with providers through one-to-one meeting opportunities, allowing more time to discuss services, ask questions and find out whether a provider may be suitable.

Something for the Whole Family

The expo offers more than information and service displays. Visitors can enjoy activities including face painting, balloon artistry, hair braiding and a jumping castle, along with performances and other entertainment.
There are also chill-out areas where visitors can take a break, making it easier for families to enjoy the day at their own pace.
Every visitor will receive a free expo magazine featuring service-provider information, while the first 50 visitors each day will receive a complimentary coffee or hot beverage.

Who Should Attend?

The expo is open to NDIS participants, people with disability, families, carers, guardians and anyone exploring disability services and support options.
You don’t need to know exactly what service you are looking for before you arrive. It’s an opportunity to explore, ask questions, meet providers and learn more about what is available.
