Coffee-Kissed Tiramisu Cups

 

A little cup of Italian indulgence — silky, luscious and impossible to resist!

(Serves 4)

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup mascarpone or thick cream cheese

• 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• ½ cup strong coffee, cooled

• 8–10 ladyfinger biscuits (or sponge fingers)

• Cocoa powder, for dusting

 

Method

1. Whip mascarpone, sugar and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.

2. Quickly dip 1–2 ladyfingers in the coffee for each serving, then place them in the base of small cups or glasses.

3. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture, then repeat the layers.

4. Dust generously with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 30 minutes, or enjoy straight away for a softer texture!
