Grilled Barramundi with Lemon Butter Sauce

A real catch! Tender grilled barramundi in a zesty lemon butter sauce that’s sure to hook your taste buds and reel in the compliments! Light, flavourful and simply satisfying!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 barramundi fillets

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1/4 cup butter

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

 

Method

1. Season the barramundi with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with olive oil.

 

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

 

3. In a small pan, melt butter, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.

 

4. Drizzle sauce over fish, garnish with parsley and serve with veggies or salad for a nutritious and refreshing meal!
